Completed projects include: development and implementation of the new Suffolk-wide healthy behaviours service (Feel Good Suffolk), providing SME support in the redesign and Target Operating Model for local government customer access, creating Service plans and delivery strategies for publication across a range of Council and blue light services and reviewing business support processes for a large post-LGR unitary.
